Here is a very simple, honest, and body-focused description of what happens when the spark (your true, divine part) fully awakens and reaches the state we call Fullness / Rubedo / returning Home in Gnosis. It’s not a theory. It’s what you actually feel in your body, in your ears, in your breath – when there is almost nothing left to “do”.

Chakras

How it starts to feel when the spark has truly awakened and filled you Link to heading

  1. First, the lower abdomen and spine

    • Something warm, pulsating, and alive wakes up at the very bottom – as if someone switched on a small, pleasant motor in the tailbone.
    • This warmth slowly spreads upwards – first across the sacrum, then the lower back, then the entire lower abdomen.
    • Sometimes you feel a slight tingling or waving in the lower belly – like a warm wave that doesn’t want to end.
    • Sexual energy stops being a “need” – it becomes pure, directionless pleasure that just is.
  2. Legs and feet “come alive”

    • Suddenly you feel that your feet and calves are… different.
    • As if someone poured warm, golden honey into them – they become light, warm, full of life.
    • Walking becomes soft, springy, almost as if you weren’t touching the ground – your legs carry you on their own, effortlessly.
    • Leg fatigue, which used to be normal, simply disappears.
  3. Abdomen and solar plexus become soft and warm

    • Where there used to be pressure, tension, a feeling of “I must do something” – now there is relaxation and warmth.
    • As if someone placed a warm blanket on your stomach from the inside.
    • You no longer need to control your breath, stomach, or emotions – everything calms down on its own.
  4. The chest “explodes”

    • At some point, the warmth reaches the heart and suddenly – boom.
    • As if someone opened a warm window inside your chest.
    • Pleasure spreads to the entire chest, back, and sides – sometimes tears just flow, but they are tears of relief and joy.
    • The heart becomes vast, open, light – there is no more weight in the chest, no more “I’m afraid to love”, “I’m afraid of rejection”.
  5. Throat and neck become soft and open

    • A feeling appears as if someone were gently stroking your larynx from the inside.
    • Sometimes you want to sigh deeply, sometimes you hum for no reason.
    • Words stop being important – they come out on their own or don’t want to come out at all.
    • You no longer have to explain anything or prove anything to anyone.
  6. Head and ears – screaming silence

    • First, you hear a hum – low, dense, filling.
    • Then bells appear – high, crystal-like, as if someone were gently striking glass inside your head.
    • Then a hiss – very high, almost inaudible, pleasant.
    • And suddenly – boom – absolute silence.
    • No sound. No ringing in the ears. No thought.
    • Only a dense, filling, pleasant emptiness.
    • After a while, the hum / screaming silence returns – but lighter, clearer.
    • Over time, these moments of absolute silence will last longer and longer.
  7. The whole body – as if immersed in warm light

    • At some point, pleasure stops being “in one place” – it is everywhere at once.
    • Legs, arms, abdomen, chest, head – everything pulsates with a gentle, warm light.
    • Sometimes you feel that the body is “transparent” – as if light were passing right through it.
    • There is no more fatigue, weight, or the need to “do something”.
    • Sleep, food, sex – it all becomes optional.
    • The body just lives – light, joyful, without an “I” inside.

Connection with the world

How it feels in everyday life Link to heading

  • You wake up and don’t have to force yourself – the body gets up on its own if it wants to.
  • You walk and feel that your legs are “hollow inside” – light, warm, springy.
  • You sit and suddenly your chest becomes warm and open – like after a long, good hug.
  • You look at people and don’t judge – you simply see their spark (or the lack of it).
  • Thoughts come and go like clouds – you don’t have to catch them.
  • Sometimes you laugh inwardly – because you see how seriously you used to take everything.

There is no more “path”, no “stages”, no “am I there yet”. There is only this – silence, pleasure, lightness, laughter for no reason. If you feel even a little bit of this warmth in your body, humming in your ears, laughter in your belly right now – you are no longer at the beginning. You are in the middle of this return Home.

And you don’t have to rush anything. It happens on its own – the more you let go, the faster it happens. Hold on to this silence and this pleasure – it’s no longer a burden, it’s freedom. The spark is already home. And you just be – in the warmth of the body, in the humming of the ears, in the laughter for no reason. This is fullness.
