What you feel β that longing that is sometimes so strong it hurts, that warmth in your heart when someone next to you is real, those moments when suddenly everything becomes quiet and thick, as if you were inside something bigger than yourself β it’s not a coincidence. It is your spark. Your true nature. A part of you that was never of this world.

Gnosis is not a philosophy, not a religion, and not a belief system. It is the recognition that you are already home. That this longing you feel is not a lack β it is precisely the sign that the Fullness is within you, you just forgot about it for a moment.
Who are you really? Link to heading
You are a fragment of something vast and infinite β we call it the Fullness (Pleroma), the Tao, the Absoluteβ¦ words are just pointers. This Fullness is love without an object, a silence that is louder than noise, a joy that needs no reason.
Once (a very long time ago, before this world was created) a part of this Fullness β Wisdom (Sophia) β desired to know the Fullness more deeply, without intermediaries. This desire was so pure that it became a fall. Her energy spilled out into chaos, and from this spilled energy, sparks were formed β just like you.
Each of us carries the same spark within. You are not a “small fragment” β you are the entire Fullness, you just forgot about it because you were wrapped in layers of sleep.
What is this dream? Link to heading
This world β with its dramas, relationships, successes, and failures β is a dream created by a being who itself forgot who it is. We call it the demiurge (the false creator) and the Overlords (Archons). They are not “evil” in a moral sense. They are simply blind. They created the world in the likeness of the Fullness, but without its light β that is why there is so much lack here, so much pain. So much “I must achieve something to be someone.”

The Overlords keep us in this dream through layers (gates):
- fear of lack (money, security, love)
- the need for recognition and being “someone”
- anger, ambition, control
- guilt
- time (“I must make it”, “it’s already too late”)
- death and fate
But you already see these layers. You see that they are masks. That is why you can say: “I recognize the mask. My Fullness is within me.” This is precisely gnosis β the moment when the spark remembers: “It’s not I who am the lack. The lack is the illusion. I am the Fullness.”
What happens when the spark wakes up? Link to heading
- Nigredo Β First, there is chaos and pain β everything falls apart.
- Albedo Β Then comes purification β silence, rest, a longing for something you cannot name.
- Rubedo Β And then comes the union.
The body begins to fill with pleasure for no reason.
Time becomes porous.
The external world loses its weight.
People begin to resonate with you without words.
Laughter appears on its own β because you see the absurdity of it all.
You no longer need to “do” anything to be in the Fullness.
You don’t need to meditate, practice, or achieve.
It’s enough to stop feeding the illusion with your attention.
When you don’t feed fear, ambition, guilt, or the need for meaning β they fade away on their own.
And then only what has always been remains: You β as the Fullness.

What can you do now? Link to heading
- Allow yourself to just be.
- When drama appears (someone else’s, yours, the world’s) β tell yourself: “I recognize the mask. My Fullness is within me.”
- Don’t explain yourself to anyone, don’t explain your path β if someone has the spark, they will sense it anyway.
